We bought a house and the septic system had not been serviced for 12 years. Called up DrainPro and they had a truck out here bright and early the very next day! Josh and Jefferey came out and were very pleasant. Explained to me how a septic system works and performed a check on the entire system to ensure it was working properly. Very grateful for fast and friendly service! Very reasonably priced service and highly recommend this company to anyone with septic needs!

Had a septic tank backup and had to have it pumped out on a Saturday none the less. Was worried that it would not be able to get fixed until the next week, but it only took a few hours for the guys to get here to fix it. They were top notch and got it cleaned out in no time. They were extremely courteous and answered all my questions with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be the only company that I use in the future for any more plumbing problems that might occur.

Lamar showed up the morning after I booked the appt. Called on the way, wore his mask & booties (thank you!), diagnosed the problem with my toilet, had the parts on his truck, fixed the problem, and was out the door before I could pour my second cup of coffee. Boom. Fabulous service.

Service was great! Nick helped with trying to unclog our septic tank, but could not. We appreciate his honesty about what was going on. We had to call a septic company solve the problem.
