The coffee and service is congruent with other Starbucks. However the dining area is dirty and uncomfortable.
The bathroom door is key coded for paying customers only.

This location is the oldest one in Athens. It's the OG store. This location was set up to run like Starbucks in the 1990's NOT set up to run like most Starbucks are today. The addition of Delivery services, Mobile orders & short staffing have lead to various issues the staff CAN NOT CONTROL... a little grace would be kind to those that do show up for their jobs. It's understandable why people are frustrated - but think about the people inside drowning in the orders & getting cussed at over coffee... Perspective folks... Stay strong Hwy 31 - YOU ARE ALL VALUABLE & LOVED - remember - NPC's exist & those are the people with the hateful comments... they have no idea what y'all are going thru... Much Love

This particular Starbucks is slower than most others and half of the time forget to turn on there mobile ordering apps
