Trying to clear up confusion and get the gas turned on so I called their office. Hannah (secretary) is extremely rude! They forget without buying their product they will go out of business so at least be courteous to people calling your office for services!!

No customer service. Five plus years of on-time payments; auto-payment doesn't process correctly one time. Do they call? Send a letter? No, just arrive home to a disconnection notice. Customer service isn't important when you have no competition. Ridiculous.
