Absolutely useless, i went in twice and told them what i thought the problem was because i had it b4 but both times i was told its not it without them even looking, so went to another Dr in Spartnbrg and he seen it instantly and i had surgery scheduled. That place is the biggest waist of money, my bill for them to do nothing was more then the cost of the surgery. even if you have an emergency go to a different one if your able. They do not know what there doing,

Come in to get a test for Covid to be told youre gonna wait until no more patients need to be seen. Ive been her over an hr and was checked in before some of these ppl. Go in the order in which ppl arrives, unless its an actual emergency. Have watched ppl leave and no one get called in back in the order of which they arrive. So you tell me Ill be here until all emergencies are completed but not one single emergency patient is done. Yall got some of the nastiest and disrespectful ppl. Honesty yall are just a horrible place to be if you want actual help or any kind of proper treatment

Old, dirty, poorly maintained building. Hardly any patients in the ER yet we've been sitting listening to the staff laugh and joke as if they have nothing better to do for hours now. Staff is rudely hollering down hallways. The nurse that administered my partners Tetanus shot wound up like a fastball pitcher and jabbed her in the arm like she was playing Punch Out on The Price is Right. Last visit to this E.R. Bet.

I just had the most informational Drs visit Ive ever had and this is no exaggeration. As an adult my Drs visit consist of me telling the Dr whats wrong, them listening to my chest, they may feel for lumps in my Breast and then theyll hit my leg with that tool, send my prescription and Im out the door. This one was completely different. I actually felt like the Dr really wanted me to get better. Nurse Practitioner Susan C at Union Medical Center is AWESOME She was very caring, relatable and made me feel comfortable and for us( African Americans) thats rare. She told me how to manage my pain using hot pads and ice, advised me on how to sit to minimize my pain, wrote down a routine for my meds to insure that my pains gets under control, she even taught me how to walk to make my pain even less lol. Anyone whos planning on seeing a Dr/Nurse Practitioner please make your appointment with Susan C(Thats what it said on her badge) shes amazing
