This has got to be the WORST utility company ever!! They do not allow you to make payments it has to be all 1 payment . If you need an extension they will give you a 5 day extension but don't plan in asking for another one for ATLEAST another 6 months because it WILL NOT HAPPEN! My monthly bill is OUTRAGEOUS!! Every time I ask them to explain why a family of 8 has the same bill as a family if 2 they can't come up with an answer! We really need to get the news involved with this SMALL TOWN utility company and let them know it is not OK to rob from the members of your town.
