JJ is a pleasure to work with! He patiently worked with me and my daughter that resulted in an excellent tile choice for my kitchen and bathroom floors. I highly recommend Innovative Tile. I pass this shop everyday - never thought to stop in when I was tule shopping. I needed a particular type of tile for a job, so I called them to see if they supplied it. The owner told me he could have a sample the next day. When I went the next day, not only did he have the sample, but he was very knowledgeable on what I needed the tile for. The pricing was very competitive. I ordered the tile and had it the next day as promised. Innovative Tile has a very nice selection of tiles - actually better than most tile shops around.... I was very surprised because I did not expect it. Definitely worth checking out. I'm sorry I never went in before.

Large selection of items to choose from and great quality. JJ is a great guy to deal with, being very patient and he comes up with great ideas on his own or builds off your ideas.

After trying different stores without luck, I drove the 45 miles to see JJ at Innovative Tile & Stone. My sister recommended him last year when she had a great experience with him. I could see why! Just minutes within sitting down JJ was asking questions no one else bothered to. He was absolutely wonderful; patient, kind and so knowledgeable! He has a gift for colors and trends. He listened to my likes and dislikes and worked within my tastes and budget. The result? I finally purchased tile and can move forward with the bathroom renovation! JJ is such a professional and I'm so glad I made that trip! My next tiling project, JJ and Innovative Tile & Stone will be my only stop! It is worth the trip!!! Thank you JJ and Innovative Tile & Stone!

Wow! I was looking for back splash for a small kitchen. Of course no one wants small jobs. After being dismissed by a few tile stores and or bringing home samples which no one liked a friend tells me about Innovative Tile in Union. JJ was wonderful. He is knowledgeable, understands color, is creative and actually listens. Came home with samples that complimented my cabinets and granite just based on pictures, which sometimes are not the best tool. The service was outstanding. Back splash done and looks great! Will never shop tile any where else. Thanks JJ.
