I had home keys duplicated at a KeyMe Locksmith kiosk. The service was fast, and the reproduction was accurate. I was first thinking it was a little pricey, but changed my thought process when I was offered a free key copy with the purchase of two. My keys all fit, so I'm a happy customer. Service: Building key copying

Called KeyMe at 6pm for a key locked in a car. KeyMe gave me the contact information for the locksmith who was coming to help. The locksmith didn't show up or answer their phone for 5 and a half hours. I ended up needing a 2nd locksmith to come out and open up the vehicle. And they still charged me a cancelation fee for a service they didn't even ATTEMPT to provide. Would never consider using KeyMe again based on this experience.
