Customer service is non existent, if you want anything done other than opening an account you will be directed to a 1-800 number. Its hard to say if it has to do with a bad company policy or if it is local management related.
Another big reason to avoid doing business with this bank is that their ATMs will stop working randomly before the bank opens. If this is due to servicing, there should be a procedure that doesnt knock down all the ATMs at the same time.
If you are seeing this review it means you are probably local to the area. If you dont already have an account with this bank I strongly suggest you look at the local banks or at other large banks instead.
This bank has too many maintenance fees that will make it difficult to leave accounts unattended if you ever choose to open your main account elsewhere. And the quality of service does not reflect the high fees, its all money just leaving our community.

Merchant line is not efficient nor prioritized. Youll get through the regular line faster even though theres more people in it.
