Bar Method is the BEST! I love the workout. I stopped working out for a while and felt very weak. What I love about Bar Method is that its set up in such a way that you dont get knocked out with the workout. I absolutely love the propsthis helps you so that you dont hurt yourself and also assist in making sure the right muscles are getting fired up. Ive been in a few car accidents so my back is very sensitive with bulg disc unfortunately, but the props help me so my back doesnt hurt at all! I feel myself getting stronger again and its all Thanks to Bar Method!

What a great find! I've been going to The Bar Method over the past month or so since they reopened their classes (with reduced capacity due to Covid-19). Janet is excellent at teaching a challenging class while making form and accuracy of movement a priority.
