Tradebank is the biggest racket! We’ve had over $3,000 sitting in our account for 5 years now without being able to spend it. Meanwhile we have been charged $15/month just to have the account open. We’ve explored every vendor they have on their website but found that many won’t take the Trade dollars or require us to pay half cash and the prices end up being so high that the cash amount is greater than if we just bought it from someone else. At this point we have spent more labor on this than the value of the $3,000. When I called to ask them how I could cash out (and even offered to take 50 cents on the dollar) they said you can’t cash out! If you aren’t in it then stay out and if you are in than get out as fast as you can!
