Before this, the WIC department employees have been so helpful and made the process effortlesstoday was different. Called WIC to setup an appointment for my child. I was immediately put on hold for 15 minutes before another person answered. She gave me dates and times for late March. I gave her the days and times I was available. She stated she didnt have a calendar in front of her so she didnt know the dates and times she gave me and told me to call back next week. This interaction felt unprofessional and Im disappointed that she didnt care enough to try and help more.

Its 2024 and still only take cash its kinda ran down its sad a state facility is ran like this.

I went this morning to get a birth certificate and they were taking pictures for Breast Cancer Awareness month. I waited for a minute or two and once they were done I went to my place and I received the nicest treatment. One amazing woman automatically assisted me and then another walked with me and talked and then the lady that helped get the certificate was so sweet. Best experience I have had at a government facility in a while.
