I am speechless! First and foremost, the person who answered the phone sounded like she was in the bed. She was very inpatient and rude. She proceeded to tell us we were being rude. I questioned her behaviour and she (Ms. Tinker) became more rude. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever come across.
We were hung up on repeatedly. I asked to be transferred to her manager and she hands the phone to another very uneducated person, who talked over me the entire time.
I picture an old shack with a bunch of frustrated, cigarette smoking women who find enjoyment in being ugly and rude.
Who runs a business like this?!?!??

An ambulance bill was sold to these people rather than run through my insurance, and these people have been telling me for three months, with me giving my insurance information to different people three times, that they'd run the charge through my insurance and they never have. Meanwhile the debt keeps climbing and has been reported as delinquent on my credit report despite me trying over and over again to work with them.

One of the most unprofessional business conversations I have ever had in my entire life. I called to pay my debt and was treated like garbage. They kept cutting me off talking down to me interrupting me I felt very uncomfortable giving my personal credit card information to this person. Who is running this as I called business?!??

These people have the worst attitudes and are very unpleasant. Not professional at all. I called to check my balance and set up a payment arrangement. The cigarette voice lady (Tinka or Trinka or something like that) answered like "Hello, how may I help you?" This was fine, whatever. Then she asked for my social. I gave it. She asked for social again. I gave it. Then she was like "now you you know you said that way to fast! Im old! Start over. 205...??" So then I knew she had MEANT to ask for my teleohone number. Dummy. Then she proceeded to to give me my balance and explain to me my payment options. Even in doing this she wasnt pleasant nor was she professional. The whole time she kept making little smart comments about how she is trying to help me and I'm not following along and I dont get what she's saying. When she was too busy trying to make it seem like I'm the idiot to listen to what I was actually saying. She began to tell me how she's been working there for 11years and she know how to do her job. We got off the phone at that point. I called back and she answered. I asked for someone else. She said sarcastically, "You surely can!" Then said to someone in the background "yeah you know they do that, girl." I guess someone asked if I was the same person and if I wanted to talk to someone else. Then she called a guy's name, Joe and then she transferred me. Some other lady (dont know her name) said "Yes may i help you?" I said I was was inquiring about setting up a payment arrangement on my account. She said "do you got an account number?" I gave it. She was like "now you know you said that way too fast. First of all who do you owe!?" I paused and asked for a manager because she had an attitude. She said "you have a nice a$$ day!" And hung up. Like who does that??? I called back four times in attempt to speak with a manager. Each time someone answered then hung up in my face. The fifth time i called back and the same Trinka lady answered. I asked could i speak to a manger. She transferred me to same lady that told me to have a nice a$$ day. I told said lady that I wanted to speak to a manager. She said "I can help you". I said that I wanted to speak with someone other than her because she was just the person that had cursed and hung up on me. She said "well I just told you that I was the manager but okay hold on!!!" Then she hung up. It took everything in me to calm myself down and keep from driving all the way to Tuscaloosa and deal with them face to face. I absolutely cannot stand ghetto, unpleasant, unprofessional individuals that work in customer service. These ladies ( because I cant put what they really are) have no business working here and I wish them NO GOOD. They make you not even want to deal with the company at all. Just sad.
