From the moment I walked through the door at Dr. Goins' dentist office, the level of customer service was exceptional.
The team was not only professional but also incredibly welcoming, greeting me by name with warm smiles.
Sontina did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, providing thorough explanations about my dental hygiene that were both helpful and informative. It's clear they value their patients and prioritize a friendly, personalized experience.
Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch dental care with a personal touch!

Let me start by saying dr goins is the best dentist in Tuscaloosa without a doubt. That being said I had to go to a different dentist because the lady that works the front has no clue as to what she is doing when it comes to insurance

My recent visit to New Image Dentistry was outstanding. The hygienist, Mrs Sullivan who cleaned my teeth performed perfectly. Dr. Goins follow-up procedure was flawless. I highly recommend this practice.

Unfortunately, I am one who is afraid of the debris. However, I can not say enough great things about Dr Goins and his staff. From the cleaning to the procedure it was amazing! He made sure I didnt feel a thing. Thank you all so much!
