The worst place you can possibly live mold every where someone with a key and we have the only key except the apartment employees went in stole a gun of mine .during Covid they took cable box and Wi-Fi and still charging for those services..been living there 1and a half years with ex girlfriend and now Im banned for no reason and cant get my belongings..security is a joke hit my truck with gate and refuse to pay .commod doesnt flush ac doesnt work correctly.window has been busted for 6months and want replace.so dont even consider living here

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Ive been paying 2X my rent after my roommates moved out also Paying extra money for things that we cant use or dont work ....( car detail station, hammock, swings , pools, Sacurity Gates, gym, internet is trash, so is the cable, they refuse to replace and paint after roommates move out .) if we cant use them we should not pay for them . Just getting over on their residents ... took maintenance 6 months to repair a hole in the wall after a pipe bust in the wall. Ive made multiple complaints about people leaving trash in the wall and they do nothing about it. The people in office are non responsive when addressed about the issues, they pass the phone around to different workers and still not resolve the issue. They schedule meetings and dont follow through with them. I would not recommend choosing the Path to be your place to call home. Ive been here 6 years and the place has lost value completely. ***zero stars* ***

Quick drive from campus, easy for college students. Shantailya made this stay SO much better, she cares about the residents and will do anything to help!
