I travel for work and have stayed in hotels all over. First off I had been driving since 4am I tried to call multiple times but it just rang and no one ever answered. Then I get there ring the bell. Finally a rough looking woman comes to the front desk. I said I've been driving since 4am is there anyway I could check in early. She said seemed appalled I'd ask such a thing. Mind you I work long hours all over the country and this is one of the few hotels that's ever had a problem with it. I was only and hour and a half early. She said for a $45 early check in fee I could. I said okI've been driving since 4 and I've got my little 16lb dog, do u have any idea what we could do for an hour and a half then. She says 16 pounds! That is not aloud in this hotel only 10 pounds and under. I told her it did not state that online. She couldn't have cared less! So needless to say I went to the Laquita which was very nice and extremely kind staff. Spend a little more go to the Laquita. Also nasty orange carpet and it smells as soon as you walk in the place. I guess it was all a blessing in disguise.

This review is long over due. If you are not a pimp or hoe, do NOT stay here! Let this be a warning. We walked into our room with our 9 year old son and I was disgusted by what I saw. The couch had cigarette burns all over it, the bathroom was sooooooooo nasty! As I am explaining to my husband that we need to leave immediately, he points up and says LOOK! Oh my gawd!!!!!!! There was blood splatter on the ceiling and behind me all over the wall. WHAT IN THE NIGHTMARE happened there?! I told him get up off that nasty bed now! Load up the car and I walked down the dark dingy creepy hallway, that had a washer and dryer in the hallway, just sitting there running. I saw a guy standing in the hallway with his door open as if he is guarding the room, and a prostitute sitting on the bed, he looks me up and down..... paaalease!!!!! As if you could afford this! California buddy! Not Oklahoma! I get to the desk and explain to the man at the desk that there is blood splatter on the ceiling and walls and I will not be staying there and he needs to refund my credit card! His response is " which room" I told him the number and he says "ohhhhh, I can offer you our model room" uh no HELL NO!!!! I must have been more pale than the wall because as I was walking out I hear" ma'am are you ok, do you need water orSomething ", to which I replied " I am pretty sure I was just in a roomWith my child that someone blewTheir head off.... coming from a 8 hour flight..... no I am not! Went straight to the Embassy and calledIt a night! Don't do it people I'm not even kidding.
