1 year Update:
CONTINUE TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
No improvement. Still can't save bank info for ease of payment. still unable to access more than the previous month's statement online.
Archaic system for online payment. Does not save information for next months payment. Difficult to find any information regarding payments made previously.
Only reason we are here is that bank of Oklahoma sold them the mortgage.
Planning to refinance mortgage strictly due to this company.
Avoid at all costs.

If youre thinking of going with this company, DONT. Save your time and headache and go to another mortgage company that actually cares about their service. My parents have been trying to get in contact with them to see the status of their paperwork, but they havent answered in weeks! And even contacting the receptionist, she said that shell notify them, but they havent heard anything back. The reviews for this company really says it all.
