First time using The Generator Guy for yearly maintenance on my Generac and it turned out to be a pleasant experience. My appointment was from 3 to 5PM and they called and said they could move it up to an early afternoon time slot.
The service tech was knowledgeable and efficient about our type of generator. I will use them again.

Most recently had The General Guy out for annual maintenance. Ed and his Crew know their stuff and they take care of customers always. Keeps me confident that I'll always have electricity!

I called one day and spoke to a gentleman, and he was very helpful. Then I called back a few days later to request a quotation for a new generator, and I left a message with their answering service. A few days past without any response. I then sent an email, again no response. I then called again and left a voice message, and it’s been a few days and no response. After 3 attempts to get someone to call me back, I’m very frustrated with this company. If they don’t want to quote the job, just call or email me and tell me, this is ridiculous.
