Took in a delicate robe to have my daughter's new initials, she's getting married, embroidered on it. Lady very helpful in helping me to pick font, thread color, and let me know she would probably have to put a backing on it to support the embroidery so as not to shred the robe fabric. Promised two weeks later which was the day before my daughter's shower. It was ready as promised and she was able to use the tear away backing so there was no 'patch' on the underside of the robe! Very happy! Turned out beautiful and my daughter was VERY happy with her new robe.
