If their plumbing is anything similar to the way they tie down the equipment/material, they suck. Some of their employees driving down I-10 East had stuff fly out their truck and hit my car. It takes 5 extra seconds to secure your load. Amateurs

I hate Chas Roberts! My warranty was through them and it expired 2 months ago. Right after it expired it starts having issues again and now i have to pay 500 out of pocket. I decided to hire Goettl to fix it since Chas Roberts doesn't seem to know what the hell they're doing!

I built a house with Mattamy Homes. The entire home was built very shoddy and cheaply. My punchlist was a mile long after the walk through. Chas Roberts installed the AC system and, in keeping with the theme of substandard work, did a terrible job. First of all, one of the technicians fell through the roof on the day of my walkthrough like a cartoon character leaving a 5x3 hole in the ceiling. I had to close on the house with this or face a penalty from Mattamy. Yep, thats the kind of people running this company. Either way, my latest Chas Roberts complaint is I noticed that my daughters room had 2 return vents and one was completely clogged with something that resembled trash or ductwork. Technicians came out and said that Chad Roberts had made the mistake when they installed the returns and accidentally made 2 openings. They said that instead of doing what they shouldve done and closing the hole with drywall, texture, and plaint, they decided to do the easier fix and just clog the second hole and cover it with a vent. It looks terrible. And to top it all off, they charged me $85 for a service call when they admitted that it was their mistake!!! Do not do business with this company. They choose convenience over quality.
