Our furniture was delivered yesterday. It was 3 months early, and arrived in perfect shape. The showroom team was excellent, especially our sales person, Vera, who was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! Great experience, excellent furniture, we highly recommend La-Z-Boy.

We went into our local Tucson AZ La-Z-Boy store to look for a new reclining sofa and pair of reclining chairs. We were greeted as we entered by Trystin Carpenter, a Sales Consultant at the store. Trystin was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She was very thorough in showing us various sofas and chairs, as well as explaining the various options associated with the furniture. She did a wonderful job explaining the costs and the lead time associated with furniture delivery. Trystin truly knows how to deliver outstanding customer service. I am sure we will be back to buy more items from Trystin in the future.
