We completed the work she requested, however, we were not paid for the work we completed since she self-filed and didn’t notify us. I am sorry you think our services are a waste of money. I paid $300 to this firm and never even got an appointment!
Has no problem taking your money for an appointment but then states they cannot complete the appointment because of their inability to offer electronic signatures. Its 2022. Ok, fine. Can I have my money back?
Nope! Nine weeks later they still dont know how to do that either!
I suppose I dodged a bullet by not getting assistance from an accountant who doesnt know how to run a business. But its a little disturbing when they steal your money so blatantly.

Hi Michael Thank you for your feedback. We have been working diligently to resolve this issue with you. Upon your request we immediately processed your refund. We provided proof of the refund to you. You reported receipt of your refund then after a period of time said there was an error and the refund wasn't received. You requested a refund then be processed via a means we don't offer. At your request we began working with the provider to gain access to process your refund, however, it does take time to set it up. We take client service very seriously and are sorry you don't feel we served you well. We wish you all the best as you seek a firm to satisfy your needs.

After multiple years with another CPA who retired, friends referred us to John a number of years ago and we could not be more satisfied with the work his office provides. Our requirements are simpler now, but their services are well organized from clear email notices, to an online Planner through SafeSend, options for providing documents, and easy ways to contact someone for answers to questions. We always file as early as possible and this year turnaround from submission of all information to e-filing was only four days. Everyone in the office is very personable, helpful and professional in all interactions we have had.
