Battery sucks.... Keeps dying and. Im have to keep charging it. I'll buy one from AutoZone soon

My review is based on Alex (the tiny man with a big attitude), Shame On You! Oriellys needs to offer you some customer service course or get rid of you. Alex, your attitude is a liability to oriellys. I'm not sure why you denied my 10 yr old and myself restroom access after I spent 270 bucks on a battery and while waiting for you to test my old battery. Even that was ok. But It was completely unnecessary how you lost your cool and told me oriellys was not a restaurant. I simply asked to use the restroom while waiting. I was a customer, not some guy, just walking in for restroom access (the public). Alex, you could take some tips from the younger employees that handled themselves professionally. Even apologizing for your action. I will be dealing with the situation differently in the future. Either offer restrooms to customers who have to wait or have a mop and buck on the ready! I'm not sure if the restroom denial was a policy, legal, both or neither. I do know Alex's customer service did not align with oriellys code of conduct. Also, Alex, you still owe me a battery core and an apology.

Horrible store....had three products,two for exchange,one for return and I attempted to purchase three more items...the total was 20 dollars....USD legal tender ....only had a 100 dollar bill ...go figure being in ORO VALLEY
Was told .....they couldn't accept my money because they would have to break the 100
LAZY .............. not productive staff ....who hires someone to turn down money .......because they would have to count
