Called in to speak with Lynn Morrison regarding an issue, after being hung up on by the lady Lorraine who answers the phone. I was trying to get an email address. There are many people having issue with one the tenets in the building she owns. We have made her aware of these issues. I was basically told that they were getting their rent money so that was that. They also said no complaints were filed, I informed that there was no place for any of us to file a complaint and plenty of us has asked. There is even a neighborhood forum that has tons of people sharing their awful experiences regarding Postnet and the employees. I have talked with the postal service men that have been there the same days that I have been when the employees have not opened up the store during business hours, preventing them from doing their job. When I asked has this happened before, he said-numerous time. But obviously Lynn Morrison only cares about getting money in her pocket.
