Upon arrival I was not acknowledged. The guy in the front office ignored me and continued working. Being a new customer, I thought this must be the norm. I waited for him to complete his task and waited for a welcome. There was none.
I had routine maintenance done and picked up, only to find my window tint was damaged. The cause of it, "the last shop uses glue on their stickers." I find that to be a lame excuse, I have not had this issue before, ever.
The front office was not friendly, except for Robert. I will not be returning. I cannot support a business who is not friendly to customers and a manager who was explained the situation and walked away.

Give them a chance. They have always done excellent work on my vehicle. Integrity is still one of the best shops in town.

I am greatly impressed with the professionalism of Integrity Auto and Diesel. Their customer service has surpassed any that I have ever experienced. They worked seamlessly with my third-party warranty company. If anything goes wrong ever again Integrity is the only place where I will have the work done! Thank you, Integrity!
