My partner and I drove down, ready to buy. We were cash ready, but opted for financing and getting the bike we wanted. I brought a trade-in that wasn't running, and told them first thing, if they are going to appraise the trade-in, we should get it started. Instead, they would not do anything until financing was approved (mind you, we didn't 'need' financing). After approval, they offered 2k trade-in, but said it might be higher after the appraisal. 3 hours pass, and we receive an updated offer of 'nothing'. We continue the purchase and I do my final walk around the bike. To my surprise, the battery cover was not fully screwed down. When I checked the final paperwork, they had the wrong mailing address. In the end, we spent 6hrs trying to buy a bike, only to find disappointment every step of the way. On the bright side, we got the bike we wanted.

I purchased a brand-new 2021 Polaris RZR XP 4 Ultimate, I also purchased the extended warranty because they walked me over to the service department and said it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks when people bring in their side-by-side/motorcycle for any service or replacement parts. However, they stated anyone who purchases the extended warranty will be moved to the front of the line and usually gets their vehicle back in one week. I took their word for it and got the extended warranty.
I also purchased some other parts: windshield, street legal kit, and a metal roof.
On the first day I took my entire family for a joyride nothing extreme and one of the rear CV axle boot broke and splashed greased all over. Only had 16 miles on it. Called RideNow and expressed my frustration, on this brand new side-by-side they sold me. They said, unfortunately it happens sometimes, but not to worry bring it in and they would care of it. After THREE weeks, I got it back.
Took it out in another joyride with the family and somehow the alignment was off. Decided to do my own inspection, and discovered most of the screws on the metal roof were loosed, some were about to fall off, hence the rattling we were hearing. I began to tighten some of the screws around the doors the back/front that were a little loose, the street legal kit that was installed had a rubber seal complete off. Not to mention the grease from the first broken CV boot was still smeared all over, they didnt even take the time to wash it down. I CAN GO ON
Everyone I spoke to in RideNow were professional, but the actual experience I have with my (FIRST) brand new razor has been extremely disappointing to say the least.
If I could to do it all over again I would definitely not buy a vehicle with RideNow, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Definitely a 5 star review from me. This will be my 5th bike purchased from this location and each time is blissful. John is amazing and does such an excellent job. I do not dread walking in that place to purchase a bike like I do a car dealership. Truly fantastic.
