Their customer service is top notch and they have a fantastic collection of jewelry. I trust only them to do any of my repairs as well! Easily the best jeweler in the city.

Both Jeff and Brenda were very helpful & responsive when working with my jewelry repairs. At times, they didn't always keep to promised timeframes, but the quality of the workmanship made up for it. I was very pleased with an adjustment, made a year later, to a piece of jewelry that I wasn't entirely happy with. It was corrected in a timely manner. They seem to be more focused on keeping to a regular schedule. I would recommend Viir Jewelry to anyone looking for quality jewelry & art.
