Yes got there late 10till closing but in our defense we had to ride 4 different buses to get there! Employees did not empathize. They were rude unhelpful and in a hurry to get us OUT because it was closing time, they should be all sent to training for a week to brush up on and learn customer service all together!

I have been going to this location of Verizon because it is a corporate store for many years. Honestly I would avoid going due to some of the service I have received in the past. But I am very happy to recommend them now. I have had the best service given to me by Fransisco Jimenez in dealing with any problems. I highly recommend him and this store for any needs you may have.
