STAY AWAY! All these negative reviews don't lie. I'm a RETURNING CUSTOMER, looking to get a quote for a part that I ordered before but can't find on their website. After a few emails, the response from "Dave M" was:
"Please do not contact us anymore. We have work to do".

This is not a real business. They asked for a check and said once it cleared they would send the order. They took my check/money and I received nothing. Update...After posting this review nearly two months after placing my order and posting this review, I received my order.

Should have read these reviews before ordering. Check cashed/no shipment/no response. Stay away from this company!!!! Lesson learned.
Finally received parts today(one month after check was cashed), but no one ever answered the phone or email about the status of the order. Will not order from them again.

I ordered some end caps and ladder plugs for my Kirsch mini blinds. I was skeptical at first with having to mail Blind Tech my check & then having to wait until my check cleared before they processed my order. 22 days after mailing my check, I received my order and am very satisfied. I received the correct product and color. Hats off to very good customer service Blind Tech!
