I am new to owning a pool, I went in hoping for some help, the person I talked to acted annoyed I was asking questions, and then he rolled his eyes! I left and went to another company where a customer was complaining about how he was treated at Leslie's and when I chimed in with agreement another customer said yeah that's why I don't use them. Save yourself some time and just go somewhere else.

Andrew the general manager has no people skills. Go anywhere else, or come back when hes not working. Ill shop at an Leslies but this one.

There service crew has no respect or costumer service extremely rude would never buy or have this company install any thing at my home . Was a warranty call
October 28 final fixed sand filter after 1month of waiting on Leslie pool service to get the part in after I had to track down parts and have them warranty it . Then this morning notice another leak on there equipment sold to us June 2020
Leak at pump now .
Would not recommend buying from this company lots of problems and Andrew there manager is no help
Charles there service tech was great
