I received a text that my prescriptions were ready for pickup so I drove 5 miles to get them. When I rang the call button at the pickup window someone replied but I couldn't make out what was said so I rang the call button again and was rudely told they were closed for lunch. No explanation or information when they would reopen.
They clearly have no regard for their customers. I will never come to this store again.

Filled out all forms online, made first appointment of the day for Shingles vaccine and it took over 30 minutes to get registered and the shot. Had to complete all the same paperwork in person. They ask you to show up 15 minutes early and they were not even there. Very disorganized pharmacy.

Seema Rao is the worst, I repeat THE WORST pharmacist/person you will ever see. She is always rude to her customers and very very unprofessional. I have never seen a professional behaving that way to their customers. She also has no knowledge about drugs. Caught her making mistake multiple times for my family members prescriptions. Because of her I am done with that pharmacy- done with any Walgreens. I am not sure how Walgreens allows this kind of person representing their company. Seema Rao if you see this- I hope you get what you deserve in life. You are the worst person in this world. I don't have enough words to describe how pathetic you are!

Worst pharmacy and by far the worst woman pharmacist in the area. She's extremely rude and so impolite. Seems like she's very unhappy in her job. She complains about her job within earshot of customers. I stopped coming here before and she just reinforced that my decision was correct. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy. I now go to Meijer on Auburn and Rochester. Prescriptions are much cheaper and the pharmacist talks to you with kindness and respect.
