The whole experience was rather disappointing and speaks to the level of customer service I often receive at big box stores, which is at least one reason I prefer to shop local where my business is often far more appreciated and reflected in how Im treated as a customer. I definitely wont go back to this location but am undecided whether I will continue to shop at Ulta Beaty in the future.
Im giving 2 stars: 1 star for a well stocked inventory of all my preferred skin and hair care products; and 1 star for ample parking-location convenience.
