image normally I have no problems, but.....I walked in on a Friday morning with a package and told the person behind the counter that I needed it next day. I was charged $101 for some 90 miles away destination. My customer called me on Saturday and said it was not delivered. I checked on line, and delivery was scheduled for "next business day". When I complained on Monday, I was told that was what I signed for and their job was done.

Upon looking into more details I found that the shipping label purchased for this shipment was processed on Friday Dec 1st for next day air service Monday Dec 4th. Our store has a customer facing monitor where it shows the expected delivery date for each and every shipment that we process and until the customer reviews and confirms the delivery date, we can not complete the shipment.Thank you for your feedback, we will also be better at explaining that and I have communicated that with my team. image Dont use. Misplaced my package. Gave me a route slip that said it is returning to this store I was sending it from, instead of where it was supposed to be sent to. I didnt realize this until I received notification from this store that they still had the package a month later! It was never sent out. Why? I went up there and told them to send it to the correct destination. They said they would and never did! It is lost Over $3500 in equipment!

This review is not correct. The store did nothing wrong, neither misplace nor lost the package. This package was originally shipped to the store address from where the customer picked it up and few days later she came back and wanted us to send it back as " Returned to the Sender" without communicating to the sender who shipped it to her and without obtaining a return shipping label from the sender. We gave her a copy tracking number just in case if she need tracking information in the future and gave the package to the pick up driver.The next day the package came back to us again because of the customer did not use a return shipping label and it was originally addressed to our store. We saved the package in the store and called the customer to come in and pick it up and explained that a return shipping label will be recommended to send it back so the sender will provide a return address to where they expects all the return packages to be delivered. The customer was also explained that many online retailers ship from address and return address are not the same. And obtaining a return shipping label is a proper way to handle the returns so that the sender knows that this particular package is going back to them.The customer came back few days later. We have been holding the package in a safe location in the store for that entire time. She then looked at the box and checked it again, confirmed everything is intact and simply told us that she do not have a return shipping label and we need to send the package back as "return to the sender", she would not pay a penny to send it back and its not her problem. We were able to explain the situation to a UPS Driver and he took the package as "return to the sender". The package left the store on that same day with the UPS Driver and never come back to the store.I have spoken to the customer few days later when she called and asked about an update. I have explained that the package was sent back as "returned to the sender", I also have explained to her that only the person who bought the original shipping label can contact UPS customer for more details /directions about this package. She needs to get the sender involved in this situation.The bottom line is, in this entire process I myself and the store associates spent significant amount of hours just to help the customer but in return we got this review.
