I was employed at the service desk here for a little more than a year. For anyone looking for a job here, keep looking. It will be easy to find something better, I promise. This is the most mismanaged company I have ever worked for. Management does not care about the well being of their employees, and the systems in place are designed to work against you from the start. Bonuses are impossible to get, and promotions/raises are out of the question unless you're best friends (or family!) with management. Hard work and skill is not rewarded here. I would genuinely rather go back to working in food service than work here again. And hey, I'm sure McDonald's pays more!

Been working here for a year love it. Some training for some accounts good have done better but I'm not complaining by any means the pay is great especially when you get to do ovt. The boses are upstanding! And I got IBS and they very understanding if you've worked in the medical field before or haven't is a great area to get into especially when it's remote!

The worst company to work for by far. Patient and employee information is thrown around in a unsecured Teams chat including social security, date of birth, and any other verifying information to identify you. The leads are horrible, they speak to you any kind of way and do not like to assist you even though they only provide minimal training. The pay wages are low as $15 per hour and they do not give raises. They do not abide by the Employee Handbook whatsoever. The locations they are contracted with will curse you and make outrageous remarks while working as a healthcare professional. I do not recommend anyone to put their sanity on the line for this company. They are desperate for employees and is just looking for spaces to fill. I highly recommend you keep looking for something better. They are currently going through a cyber attack and I could see why. Stay away from this company. This is not the company you would want to work for or have supporting your company as IT support.
