Worst company. they lie to get your business then the people working for them know nothing about what they are doing so you follow what they say and then have to go back and fix what they told you to do because it wasn't right. they put another company's employees and their info in our tax reports then told us it was fine not to worry. seriously? so now our data is with someone else it fine? no no it is not. They messed up our employee's retirement enrollment. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Lazy service that relies on an outdated automated system to answer any and all questions. If youre looking for frustration, use ADP

The mobile application for ADP, in particular, is a buggy mess. I cannot even count how many times their buggy software has either not been available when I need to clock in, loads up random pages, or won't load at all. I don't know why companies use this software for anything, and their customer service is horrible,

Customer service is horrible.
