I'm a real estate broker in Michigan and recently used e Title Agency. I was handling the entire transaction so e Title was in handling title for both the seller and buyer on this particular deal. It was a seamless process from start to finish. At all times their responsiveness was polite and prompt. Clearly they've built great a great system. I've worked with many title companies and that's not always the case. I was happy with e-title and will be happy to give them repeat business.

After a murder took place less than 1000 feet from my house at Belle Tire in Troy, MI, it was time to sell the house. ETitle was the company used when it was time to close on the sale. Christopher notarized all of the documents at the Real Estate One office. I could not sign the sale documents and get away from this horrible Troy fast enough! I rushed out after I was provided with a copy to keep and jumped into my car and never looked back.

- Was asked not to contact them during the closing period to ask questions (this was when I dropped the check off to pay them to commence work, and before I ever contacted them to ask a question)
- Did not properly have seller sign closing documents so received all of the paperwork from the city of Detroit to resubmit and have sellers sign again, which is postponing other documents we need to submit to the city.
- Had us sign documents stating we were the 'owners' before we were owners
Since all of these issues, the company has had a couple conversations with me on improvements they are making internally to address the problems that arose during our closing period. This was much appreciated, and shows that they care about their customers.
