Clean and well organized store. Associates were ready to help me right as I walked in the door. Came in for help with a dead battery under warranty and was in and out in 5 minutes. The associate, Dierre, was very patient in helping me replace the battery and ensuring that I understood the terms of the warranty. Very helpful and made my life a lot easier!

I want to share my experience of visiting a store recently. During my visit, I found Diane, Dave, and the entire staff to be very helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. I appreciated their excellent customer service, and I would like to thank them for their efforts.
However, during my visit in the evening shift in May 2023, I found the only helpful person there was a Spanish lady, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. The other staff members' customer service was awful and very unprofessional. As a result, I had to change my star rating from a 5 to a 1.
