Please dont trust them - they are not doing what they are promising on the call.
They are kind of sales people and add more amount in your agreed amount and try to convenience you to pay extra.
On top of that the technician who came were not professional, they very very rude and running here and there. We actually scarred.
I would rather NOT refer anyone for for the duct and dryer cleaning services.
Last but not least, AC filter was thrown on my garage floor.
What a bad experience we had today!!!!

Contracted for duct cleaning. Service Technician came to house inspected vents, said he didnt have hose long enough for job and would be back in an hour. 3 hours later I called office and left message.
Rep called 20 minutes later and said Technician didnt have Jose long enough and how about rescheduling.
I said Technician told me he would be back in an hour and the Rep said he wouldnt say that.
I cancelled service right there.
Dont have the proper equipment to do a standard home and then call your Customer a liar?
Can only imagine the poor quality of work that would have been done if I did reschedule.
Time wasted waiting and called a liar to boot. Poor service and work ethic people.

I scheduled an appointment for air duct cleaning at a quote of 159 for 8 vents. Only to be told at the time of appointment that each additional vent was $15/vent, im which I counted 18 in total, taking it from 159 to 309 plus tax. Thats a big difference. This was not included in my budget. Due to Covid, this is a service that is much needed. I provide childcare from my home and air quality is important. So I called the office to inquire about an inspection of the vents so that I'd know exactly how much I would have to pay and the guy was rude, abrupt, unprofessional, and not interested in a possible inspection or rescheduling. His exact words were, "I'm giving you a price of 329.46 and thats it!" I will be calling Sears Corporate.
