Earlier this week I frequented this office, after speaking with the DDS I may have misread the situation. I'm taking the DDS (who is a nice person/genuine), at his word that his staff is professional and kind. I believe they meant me no ill will. So I am retracting my previous review. So please disregard my first review. This is a wonderful place to get the services he provides.

My review is strictly on customer service and not on any actual service received. We had scheduled an examination after our primary dentist recommended my 9 year old visit this location and have an ortho assessment. She has some bone loss issues and there is concern about her teeth coming in properly. Before our appt, the ortho contacted our dentist to go over my daughters history and insure that they were both on the same page which made it so much easier for me to not have to try and explain what was going on. The examination was completely FREE which I was shocked by considering that the Dr. took 30 minutes out of his time to answer all my questions and do a complete examination of his own. We were informed that my child's situation did not REQUIRE braces at this time, but if we chose to, we could go ahead with a partial piece and monitor her teeth, otherwise we could just monitor and do braces at a later time if her issue doesn't fix itself. Wait! A doctor who doesn't pressure you into expensive and possible completely unnecessary treatment just to put money in his pocket? I know!! We consulted with our primary dentist and the two doctors spoke to each other once again and agreed that they would both monitor my daughter with the hope that her situation would correct itself. The ortho checked back up with us one month later to ask how everything was going and to see if we had any more questions. I was so pleased with the service we received that I will 100% go back if braces become necessary. They also offer payment plans and credit options for services.
