Attorney Tom Bertino gets the job done! He is a dedicated, doggedly determined and persistent (almost to the point of annoyance!) professional. He took my social security disability case and after two denials and a final appeal, it was granted. We requested a hearing before an administrative law judge and, without even having the hearing and not even a month after the appeal was filed, it was granted and the back pay was in my account. As agreed beforehand, he was paid a portion of that pay. He earned it and I'm happy and pleased I asked him to help. This gentleman was truly experienced, thoughtful, professional, respectful and most of all he went above and beyond the call of duty for us.
