We had to wait over 10 mins for our sack of Krystal's. Maybe it was just a bad day. I'll give it a few months and try again .

Best krystals I've been to hands down always hot and fresh and the staff is super friendly I stop here every time im in the area in fact I had stopped eating krystals because the food had gone down hill so bad in Alabama so glad I tried this one they care about what they are doing

Service was terrible, took over 15 minutes to get order. As we pulled out, we checked our bag and they had forgotten half of our order. When we went back, I stood outside for 3 minutes waiting for them to come out. I got home and bit into my krystal chic just to discover that it was smothered in mayonnaise. I will never come here again.
