The manager was not friendly, not helpful. he did not greet us nor smile. He did not even tell us his name. We were the only customers in the store.

I cant say enough good things about these guys. When we went to this store we had been to a few others first, so I do feel I can really talk to the professionalism and also the way that they were so helpful without feeling pushy. We bought a new mattress and a new couch with ottoman. Not only did they have exactly the couch I was looking for (I was being picky), but I was able to order the exact color I wanted (matches my furniture) and the production time (couch) was also much less than other stores. These guys were so friendly, from the staff at the store to the delivery team- everyone was helpful and kind. They even took my old mattress and couch. I was worried my new couch wouldnt be as comfortable as my previous one (which was 14 years old and perfectly worn in) but I have to say- its better. The difference in how it really makes the room pop was incredible too. Wish I had done this sooner! If you are shopping for home furniture we highly recommend these guys. Also, if anyone is interested my dogs second this with both the mattress and couch purchase. We are all VERY happy. Prices were also found to be reasonable, especially for the quality which is 10/10. Thank you Comfort Center!! Ps. They are family owned and you can tell, such a nice experience.
