Good place to learn if you work there. The pay is not competitive for the industry. Most agents are good agents who try to do the right thing. While the products do the job, you can often find much more competitive products with better prices from companies that offer more than just their own insurance products. Such as independent insurance agents/agencys. Especially on the Medicare, Annuity, and Life insurance side. Bankers Life only sells Bankers Life and a few other companies plans.

Trevor Kolle knocked on our door one day shortly before I was turning 65. He was friendly and funny, and I felt like I had known him forever.
He is just one of those kind of people; you know what I mean?
Before all was said and done, and after a glass of milk and some cookies, my husband and I knew more about Medicare than we had ever learned before. My husbands agent never shared the information that Trevor did.
We switched to him, as our agent, and Bankers Life, and have had no issues whatsoever.
He takes care of problems that arise or questions with my supplement policy very quickly. He has called me to tell me he solved an issue before I even knew there was an issue!
We are very pleased to have Trevor and Bankers Life in our lives.
