Charlie was a great help in our home search. Not only is he a quick learner (with my wifes and I picky taste) and only showed us homes we would LOVE, but once we chose a home he went above and beyond to coordinate with the loan company, title company, and HOA to ensure the home buying process was smooth and headache free. Charlie made sure that we knew everything regarding the house and the loan process so we could make informed decisions and close on time. Thanks to his help, guidance, and expertise we were able to close on the home MUCH sooner than what we expected. My goodness where do I start? He has went above and beyond, from picking me up to get a hitch on my car to helping me get other problems fixed that didnt include the house and land! You really do feel like family when he list your property! There is no better realtor then Charlie! I am so grateful we went with his company!
