The worst bank to go through. They take money out of your account after they have done it twice already. Closing my account soon! This was the worst experience ever! Thieving bank! Terrible bank , never again . I rather have cash in Topeka then to bank with this place . Seriously the WORSSSSSTTTTTT bank ever

I sent an e-mail to the main office in Junction City, since I can't get anyone in the Topeka offices. I wanted to talk to Sarah (with the coyote in her office. The overdraft charge that we didn't incurr is still showing up on our bank statements and then I got a very disappointing letter informing me I needed to better learn how to manage my money. I have accounts totaling over 600K in various accounts and have never in 56 years had an overdraft. Your own people caused the overdraft and it still continues to show on all our records. I know that can be corrected, but reaching a person is impossible!!!! Also the branch bank on Wanamaker is never open!
