Times change and PTMW has done well to keep up. The new owner Ashley is just awesome to work for! She has made so many new changes to the facility and for the employees that make working here so much better than before she was around. She is investing a lot of money into the facility for expansion and does not lay people off if she can avoid it.
The starting wages are nice and the benefits are great too, ( free insurance and company matched 401k just to name a couple ) but it is the people working there that make the difference. They genuinely try to make you feel like your a person and that you matter.
If you want a career with an ISO9000 certified company, that has advancement potential, that can challenge you at times, is safety focused and has a great environment for working in physically ( air conditioned and heated facility ) but also mentally this IS the place for you.
