I've seen several projects around Topeka and this company came highly recommended. Apparently, they do qualify work. However, I was warned I would not get a call back if the owner didn't know me. True to this warning I did not receive a call back. When I phoned again to follow up, the owner was rude, unprofessional and lacked customer service. He told me not call again, he wasn't interested in my business. I'm okay with being told a company isn't accepting new business. I'm NOT okay being told to basically go screw myself. Mr. Guilfoyle may be a household name in this area but he most definitely needs a class in customer service.
