I always have issues on pick up orders..Im sick of it. The lady told me she gave me extra sauces but turns out instead of putting the sauce on my wings. They just put them all on the side. Zero communication and zero effort to my order that was also an extra 10minutes late. (EDIT AND UPDATE)Horrible every single time. This place isn't cheap when it comes to wings. EVERYTIME I Order from location 1227 SW Wanamaker Topeka KS my order is either Cold, Unseasoned and not sauced with what i asked for, Late, The wings noticeably taste like old fry Oil. This is the only Buffalo Wild Wings in Topeka. Please Do something about this. This is horrible. This locations tries to close the take out area along with the dining room so When you go to pick up your food No one is there to help you and no one ever knows where my food is. As of right now I ordered at 1015pm. Came to the restaurant at 1030pm just like the ETA said A guy tried to help me but it was someone elses order and I waited an additional 20minutes. I didn't get My wings until 1055 And THEY ARE COLD ONCE AGAIN! THIS IS THE 4TH TIME IVE GOTTEN COLD WINGS, THE 3rd time my order was late. When I finally got my wings. I was asked have I been helped, I replied Yes, but I've been sitting here for 20minutes. She replied with a nasty attitude and spoke to me like I was stupid and didn't even apologize. I HATE THIS LOCATION WITH A PASSION. I GIVE UP. NOT COMING BACK. Ruined my entire night. I was in a good mood before I came to BWWs. Having a bad experience happens but I shouldn't have a feeling of regret for ever walking through their doors.

Kayla and the young man that helped me last week (sorry I dont have the slip that says your name anymore) were both fast, friendly, and accurately fulfilled my order on BOGO day. I enjoy their food and feel like BOGO gives you a decent deal. Love that you can actually get spicy food here!

I went there with my son after attending a K- State basketball game on the way back home. I felt like it was not going to be that great when we saw a lot of open tables and it took about 5 mins to be acknowledged and get a seat. We ordered an appetizer, and our meal at the same time. One meal came out right away before our appetizer, I said something to the bus boy who brought the food and he said he would check on it, after no more food and the table next to us got food, I said you were going to check on our food?, we would like to eat our meal together. He came back with our appetizer and the other meal. My wings were dry and much smaller than usual. I ordered carrots with them and they just threw baby carrots all over the top of them. Our server finally came by and asked how everything was after walking by several times seeing we didnt have all of our food. I did leave a tip reflective of our service. I could understand more if it was a prime time but it was 3:00 in the afternoon not very busy. I have not been to BWW for a while but always liked it for the bigger wings and good service. Maybe its just the Topeka location,but expected more from a chain restaurant and consistent food and service at all locations in general especially for a $50+ bill with no alcohol ordered.
