All 3 times I've ever gone in here I've been told they cannot help me with my issues and I need to call the tech support, which is very obviously people on the other side of the planet calling themselves "Joe" and "Jim" and so on. And this is always after waiting a half hour to be seen.
Now that I have changed carriers they are scamming me out of $110 for one of our 3 lines that just barely lingered into the new billing cycle for 1 or 2 days. They refuse to fix this. They said the grandfathered promo plan of 3 lines for $110 does not become cheaper if you subtract lines. Who would ever pay $110 for 1 line of service, especially for just 2 days of use?!?! They are refusing to cut me a more reasonable deal for that final line's 2 days of use. When other carriers offer the exact same unlimited service for $25 per line per month, why would anyone use these monstrous carriers?! I wish I knew sooner.
I paid my bills always on time for like 5 years. Horrible.
