They were really , just didn't understand them. I'm hearing impaired. Went to get some teeth. They're telling me I need three teeth. I told the color girl no one told me nothing about that. She said yes they did. So she left the room sassy. I got tired of waiting and stood up because I have a bad back. I looked over and I seen the picture of my 3 teeth. I looked down and seen written in red typing saying how rude I was. Wow.. I said something and then they told me to leave because I looked at personal property omg .

Dr. Hargreaves and his assistant Melussa are so caring, gentle and compassionate. I had an extreme amount of dental work done and Dr. Hargreaves did a beautiful job giving me my smile back with little to no pain. I would very highly recommend Dr. Hargreaves and this dental office to anyone needing care. I am so thankful that I found them.

I am not able to reach the office by phone. They have been open for four hours and the voicemail mailbox is still full and unable to receive new messages. What kind of business doesn't check their messages?
I am going to take my business to another dentist who is at least staffed with a person to answer the phone.

Would give a negative star if it were possible. I had some dental work done over a year ago. They refused to do anything without full payment up front. Paid over $1000 with my debit card (that I still have along with all credit statements from the past 5 years) and now you are trying to double charge me. Threatening me with collection. I don't owe a dime and I won't be paying a dime.when the collection company reaches out I will send them proof of payment. As for this company, they dental work they did was fine but the headache of the harassing phone calls and the non-stop letters alone make this a horrible place to go. I will be informing everyone of this fraudulent activity and warning them of what happens when they go through this dentist. It's sad that's how you stay open. By double charging people. But this person has her proof ready. All the paperwork from the very beginning. So send my bill to collections because I'm gonna post all the harassment from "family" dentistry online so the world knows what you people are doing. I wasn't the one to try and scam. Try a different customer next time.
