Do not waste your money here. We have been here due to work and were told by new owners trying to get us to sign a lease they would be making Improvements to the park due to the increase in rent. However instead they have brought in old mobile homes which have made the roads even worse than they were already which is horrible for the alignments on our vehicles. Then they took out washers and dryers when we needed more not less to handle the amount of people staying in the park that are in need of laundry services. To top it off their maintenance people are loud And rude they Discuss people loudly and rudely and they speed through the park.

Love the lots sizes!! People are friendly and our new manager is great. The new owners are definitely making improvements
